    Hello, Mr. Von Thienen. I’ve cancelled my subscription for order #11451, and would like a refund. I’ve totally forgotten about my subsription and wasn’t using your software for at least a month. Since this order wasn’t processed at the moment of cancellation please refund the sum of subscription (79.5 EUR). Thanks!


    We have canceled your subscription and initiated the refund as requested. You are welcome. Just to note: Revist our site as we will launch the whentotrade app which allows to run on any device from anywhere without installation. This will show up during the next 2-3 month and basic version will be included in the subscription model. ;-)
