Hello, Mr. Von Thienen. I’ve cancelled my subscription for order #11451, and would like a refund. I’ve totally forgotten about my subsription and wasn’t using your software for at least a month. We have canceled your subscription and initiated the refund as requested. You are welcome. Just to note: Revist our site as we will launch the whentotrade app which allows to run on any device from anywhere without installation. This will show up during the next 2-3 month and basic version will be included in the subscription model. ;-)
