    When I attempt to load an external file using the drag and drop option an error message flashes up regarding a missing header . The error message is only visible for 0.5 seconds and then vanishes.

    “error uploading dataset. Header with name ‘time’ was not found. If you are expecting some headers to be missing and want to ignore this validation, set the configuration HeaderValidated to null. You can also change the functionality to do something else, like logging the issue.”

    I am not able to access the system configuration section.

    Help !

    In the latest version of Cycle Scanner, there is a new Click Button labeled “Export Dataset”. It downloads the dataset to an Excel File. Can it automatically load to the Chart Analysis module.
    It would be nice feature specially as Yahoo earlier and now WDS is out. I can load my csv dataset from any historical dataset in Cycle Scanner . Then if the “Export Dataset” click also loads it to the chart, it will be a powerful feature.
    I am using the Cycle Scanner & Chart Analysis setup for Analyst Level.

    Thanks

    @David:
    You need to modify the column headings and check the date format.

    Column Headings need to say: Time, Value (not the ‘Date, Close’ you get from Yahoo Finance)
    Date format needs to be: Year-Month-Day (e.g. 2020-06-01)

    After that, the import should work just fine.

    Hope it helps
