Wave59 PRO + 4D

Hi Lars,
I tried to load 4D in Wave59 PRO without success. The following error message is reported in the Script Log:

ERROR: in garrayrtdauthenticate, line 9
Couldn't convert the string to an integer.

Because the RT UserID is invalid for EOD/PRO/PRIVATE versions, does this mean we need a 4D update to operate properly with the new Wave59 platform?

Is it possible to resolve this before the January 8 webinar? Thank you.

Hi Joe,

when your are using the new W59 versions, you have a new UserID. The 4D toolit is linked to you individual UserID. So you need a new 4D package and install that to use it with pro/private.

Please send me your new UserID and I will send you the new 4D package for pro/private.
